Join others in Anchorage’s Parkinson’s community as we take on Parkinson’s together through fun, non-contact boxing! This energizing class helps improve balance, strength, and coordination- plus, you’ll laugh, connect, and maybe even get a little goofy along the way.​

Our supportive, welcoming environment is led by certified fitness professionals who have special training in Parkinson’s disease. Every class is adaptable, so whether you’re using an assistive device, need modifications, or are already active, you can join and improve.

Come as you are—no experience needed. Just bring your sense of humor and a willingness to sweat while throwing a punch at Parkinson’s.
