Personalized programming with a built in support network! 

Who is it for?
This group is perfect for those who need to move at a bit of a slower pace, or those who struggle with mobility.  A great place to practice those exercises from your physical therapist, or learn to get up and down off the floor. Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) allows each person to participate in individualized programming that helps them meet their goals, while also cheering on other members.  We celebrate a lot of successes in this group!

What will I do? 

Exercises vary widely depending on your ability, but common activities are seated exercise, standing activities using a chair or ballet bar as support, getting up and down from the floor, supported floor exercise, balance, hand/eye coordination, hula hoop, walking, reaching, bending, etc.
