Who is it for?

Our Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) is ideal for those who need to move at a slower pace or struggle with mobility issues.

 

It’s a great environment to practice exercises recommended by your physical therapist, learn how to get up and down from the floor safely, and improve your overall physical fitness. Each participant benefits from individualized programming tailored to their specific needs while enjoying the camaraderie and motivation of a group setting.

 

Whether you're aiming to enhance your mobility, increase your strength, work on your balance, or simply stay active,  this group is for you. 

What Will You Do?

Our personal trainers for seniors in Anchorage design a variety of exercises based on your abilities and fitness level.

 

Everyone starts where they are! Common activities include:
