Food Tip - Broccoli
Broccoli is a great source of vitamin C; 14 ounces give just about all of the recommended daily allowance. It also contains folate, vitamin A, iron, potassium, vitamin B6, magnesium, and riboflavin, all of which your body needs. Broccoli is an excellent source of fiber, and it helps balance blood sugar levels, lower cholesterol, improve digestion, strengthen the immune system, and control weight.
