Kettle Bell Swing class –
Tues and Thurs at 6:00 PM
Saturday’s at 10:00 AM
One hour class and the last class is July 28.

*Starting June 4th
28 Day Belly Fat Buster class –
M-T-W-Th at 6:00 PM
One hour class and the last class is June 19th.

*Starting February 11th
Every other Saturday there will be a Joint Mobility and Flexibility workshop from 11:45 AM – 1:15 PM.

Once a month on the third Saturday there will be a Members only workshop from 11:45 AM – 1:15 PM on varying topics–mainly food choices, etc.
