Women of Strength—Women only
8:50 AM – 9:50 AM Monday, Wednesday, Friday
An age appropriate fitness workout that challenges your fitness level—no matter where you are. You will find this a safe environment because a qualified trainer is with you at all times to monitor your form and safety.

Boot Camp for Boomers 
11:00 AM – 11:40 PM — Monday thru Thursday
A functional fitness Boot Camp focusing on core strength, overall body tightening, flexibility, stamina, balance and much more thru HIIT (High intensity Interval Training ! Remember; you start where you are and your only competition is yourself.

Small Group Personal Training 
12:00 noon – 12:45 PM — Monday thru Thursday
3:30 PM – 4:15 PM — Monday thru Thursday
A program designed to take you from where you are to better. Each individual will have specific exercises that are targeted for their individual needs and goals.

Boot Camp 101
4:40 PM – 5:20 PM — Monday thru Thursday 
                 
A challenging workout to take you from frumpy to fit in 6 short months using fitness techniques that work for reducing inches and pounds.
