Have you been thinking about doing something about your fitness? What better time than now and what better place than bfit and well? Here at bfit and well we feel your pain. We understand that you’ve neglected your body, rejected your fitness, and abandoned your dreams of being able to keep up with your kids and/or grandchildren. It’s not too late!

 

Boot Camps have become very popular. I am afraid by the very name that some people are put off. Don’t you think about endless pushups, jumping jacks and lots of sit-up? Let me put your mind at ease-- Boot Camp is the latest name for exercise classes. Yes, they can be challenging so you need to pick a camp that is designed for your age and fitness level.

 

My Camps are geared toward the participants. If you are looking for a place where you feel comfortable, supported, and somewhat challenged, you’ve come to the right spot.

 

What you WILL receive from participating in one of my boot camps is:

  • More Stamina
  • More Strength
  • Better Balance
  • More Self-esteem
  • Inches gone
  • Weight decrease

 

Since it’s a class format you will have fun and meet new people. You will increase your energy and watch your midsection tighten up.  Your back aches will subside. Another thing that you’ll notice is that your ankles will get stronger so that your balance will improve. You’ll even  become more flexible.

 

Reminder: You didn’t get into this shape in 30 days, so don’t expect to get back to your old self in 8 or 9 classes.

 

Winter seems to be here so  it’s best to become pro-active and set a goal for getting yourself into an adrenaline pumping, energy filled, fun fitness class. A boot camp at bfit and well is the answer.

 

Boot Camps times will be:

Early Morning-- 7:00 AM on Monday & 7:30 AM on Thursday

Senior (65+)--9:00 AM on Monday, Wednesday, & Friday OR

After Work--5:30 PM on Monday, Thursday & then 11:00 AM on Saturday’s

 

Boot Camps run whether you are there or not—so you pay for the camp and it’s up to you to get to every class. You can make up a missed class by choosing one of the other times during that month.

  

All the Boot Camps will start in November and run through the month.

 

The 9:00 AM program will start on Monday, November 3rd  and the cost is $239.

 

The 7:00-7:30 AM class will start on Monday, November 3rd and run through the month. The investment for the early class is only $159.

 

Add a Saturday camp to your early camp for only $79 more.

 

The after work camp will start on Monday, November 3rd and run through the month. Your investment in your health and wellness is only $239.

 

If you want to pay as you go….you’ll pay $27 for each class you attend.
