Happy New Year 2011!

I was working on a Happy New Year Post Card to send to all of you and then things came to a screeching halt. I guess the next best thing is to just wish you a Happy New Year right here in on my blog!!

Looking back over 2010 is a lot of fun for me because I get to think about all the wonderful people that I’ve met and worked with. It’s even neater when I get to see the differences in health and fitness that you’ve all made by exercising consistently and regularly. Nothing warms my heart more than when one of you tells me how your life has improved since you started working out! Another thing that really makes me feel special is when you recommend one of your friends to bfit & well.

A fun thing happened to me in 2010—three of my past clients came back to me. When I say past, I mean 10-15 years ago. I really am blessed when past clients return because it makes me realize that they enjoyed their workouts and that they valued what they got out of our times together.

I am so looking forward to 2011 and I can’t wait to see what the Lord has planned for my next chapter – and yours!

I want to thank all of you for your loyalty, faithfulness, and devotion to your exercise program here at bfit & well. Some of you have been with me since the inception of my new location, almost 4 years ago. Some of you are getting my newsletters twice a month and haven’t made a commitment to yourself yet. One of my clients told me that she read everything I sent for about 3 years and she finally decided to take me up on one of my offers.  She’s so thankful that she did because she is enjoying many fitness rewards and she’s meant a great group of people!!

Don’t let 2011 go by without getting into a regular, consistent and challenging workout. I would be honored if you chose my studio, but the most important thing is to just get started.

I am introducing a new Boot Camp Style workout before work. It’ll be on Monday, Wednesday & Thursday at 7:15 AM until 8:00 AM. Come and join in a fun, enjoyable, and challenging experience that was designed for over-weight, under fit, mature women.

Don’t’ forget to eat plenty of black-eyed peas and then you’ll be ready to jump into fitness on Monday, January 3, 2011.
