I have a few gals that love the early mornings and would like to share their enthusiasm with a few others who want to eliminate fat and get into better shape.

Because of the darkness that we experience here in Alaska, our bodies go into hibernation mode—meaning the metabolism slows way down. That being said, if you eat the same amount of food that you did in the summer and become less active, you will gain weight.
What’s the best way to counteract weight gain? Yes, exercise, movement, and activity.
You have just found a fitness program that is designed especially for you, especially for the winter months in Alaska.
Since this program is limited to 8 participants, you can’t procrastinate. You need to call now. Don’t get left out, you’ll be so mad at yourself next spring when you see the scale creep up because you did nothing to stave off weight gain.
Just a few extra pounds can really mess up your health. Extra fat around your heart can make your heart work a lot less efficiently. Sometimes the fat can strangle the heart and surrounding arteries and cause a heart attack. If your cholesterol is high, then you’ve got plaque closing off the inside of the artery and as I mentioned, fat squeezing from the outside. This leads up to lots of sickness and disease.
Sorry to be so graphic but sometimes we need a slap upside the head to get our attention. I hope you can visually see what I am trying to portray. It’s not a pretty picture anyway you want to look at it.

This small group personal training class will start October 2nd and run thru March 29th so that you can get through the dark days of winter unscathed.
When you get your workout first thing in the morning, you don’t have to worry about it for the rest of the day: nothing can go wrong and interfere with it.
You will arrive at bfit & well at 6:00 AM to get warmed up and your small group program will start at 6:15 AM-7:00 AM. This will be on Monday and Friday mornings.
There will be a FREE Boot Camp offered on Saturday’s at 11:00 AM for those who want another class or for those that missed one of their other workout days.
I will have to limit this particular group to 8 gals so it will be manageable and so that everyone can get individualized help and guidance.
