GROUP FITNESS CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
| Senior Bootcamp 65+ |
A social club and an exercise group all in one! The senior bootcamp focuses on maintaining strength & coordination, and improving balance. Resistance training is for everyone, and our ladies practice gentle weighted exercises from the support of a stability ball. |
| Lunchtime Gentle Yoga: Marisa |
Take a break from a busy day with some gentle stretching and yoga. This class is suitable for complete beginners and will introduce basic yoga poses, breathing techniques, and body alignment cues. Take some time to center and focus your attention, and have a more productive afternoon! |
| Low Impact Aerobics (LIA) : Bonnie |
Have fun "dancing" with your peers. All classes are adaptible for all fitness levels. This hour long class will be filled with old moves like: step-touches, grapevines, hussles, and even squats. Come join in and burn calories as you laugh and enjoy! |
| Fit Ball Class: Bonnie |
"Get on the Ball!" This class is done on, over, and around the fitness ball. You'll see a great difference in your strength. Your abs, back, legs and arms are targeted and you'll feel so much stronger in your core. Posture will certainly improve along with your self-esteem. |
| After Work Club |
Get your body moving after a long day of work and join a group for a circuit training type workout. Class formats will vary, but will include the use of BOSU, stability balls, resistance tubes, and weighted balls. |
| Bridal Bootcamp |
Join others who are getting ready for weddings for an evening of exercise! Change your body's shape with a combination of resistance, cardio, and balance training. Classes will vary and will include use of stability balls, weighted balls, body bars, dumbbells, cardio equipment and games. |
| Evening Yoga for Beginners: Marisa |
Unwind with an evening yoga class emphasizing moving with the breath. Build bones and balance as poses are held. Each student is encouraged to work at their own pace and take frequent breaks to allow the body to adapt to yogic exercise. |

Fitness
Coaching:
I will work with you on your
own personal plan that will help you reach your strength and
flexibility goals. I'll work with you to help you gain the vigor you
desire. While working with me you will see your body change. You will
feel better about yourself and you will have more energy for everyday
tasks.

Small
Group Personal Training:
My groups are limited to 5 participants and I'll work with as few as
2. I've found that not only does this work for many women because of
keeping the costs down, but it also leads to new friendships and
camaraderie.
